Curator's note

A crosshair, an object, open water, December 2019 — and redactions. PR086 is the archive's reminder that the East Coast Navy encounters of the late 2010s, which drove the modern reporting era, have sensor records that are still emerging. The published view is heavily cropped and portions are redacted; what remains shows a tracked object over water consistent with the period's reported encounters off the Atlantic seaboard. Less analytically rich than PR050 or PR051, it earns its place as corroborating context: the 2019 East Coast activity generated classified sensor product, and this is a piece of it, released with the government's own unresolved label.
