Audio Tape 12 from the Apollo 12 post-mission medical debriefing (1969), declassified for the first time in its original form. The crew and ground staff discuss 'unexplained flashes' and objects following the Command Module during its lunar trajectory — conversations previously omitted from public mission summaries.

Apollo 12's post-mission medical debrief stayed sealed for over five decades for the boring reason (medical privacy), which is precisely why its release in original form matters: primary audio is the only durable cure for the fabricated 'Apollo UFO quotes' that have circulated since the 1970s. The crew's discussion of unexplained bright objects near the spacecraft should be weighed against the era's best mundane candidate — Apollo flights traveled in a documented cloud of their own shed hardware — and against the fact that NASA filed this under unresolved rather than attaching that explanation.
